- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to students
- Assist prospective students with the application and onboarding process
- Help students access campus resources, programs, and services
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and student outreach

Phuong is a Civil Engineering student from Vietnam who speaks Vietnamese. She has been studying in the United States since August 2023 and is currently attending Laney College. She is passionate about engineering and enjoys supporting and connecting with fellow students. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and taking photographs while exploring the diverse landscapes and cultures of the Bay Area and beyond.
