Students can request an enrollment verification to be sent to any agency. Enrollment verification requests can be submitted to any campus A&R office in person, via mail or via fax. Enrollment verification are processed in 5-7 business days and include the following student information:

  • Enrollment Dates
  • Current Enrollment Status
  • Full/Part-Time Status
  • Number of Units Completed
  • Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)
  • Major
  • Semester/Term Dates
  • Date of Graduation
  • Degree Awarded
