What is an Enrollment Verification?

An enrollment verification is an official document that confirms your current or past enrollment at the college. It may include details such as your enrollment status (full-time or part-time), dates of attendance, and degrees or certificates earned. Enrollment verifications can include the following information:

  • Enrollment Dates
  • Current Enrollment Status
  • Full/Part-Time Status
  • Number of Units Completed
  • Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)
  • Major
  • Semester/Term Dates
  • Date of Graduation
  • Degree Awarded

Why would I need one?

You may be asked to provide an enrollment verification to:

  • Prove your student status for health insurance coverage
  • Confirm eligibility for scholarships, or housing
  • Defer student loans
  • Provide documentation to an employer or background check agency
  • Verify enrollment for military, childcare, or government benefits

Current Students

Current students can print or save an official enrollment verification report for free in Campus Solutions. This is commonly used for purposes related to insurance, housing, jury duty, CalWORKs etc. This document is official and does not include a signature or seal.

Enrollment Verifications can be found under the Academic Records tile. More detailed instructions are available here How to View and Print an Enrollment Verification

If you require a verification with an official college seal for loan deferment or legal proceedings, please submit  Enrollment Verification Request Form  to your college Admissions Office.
