How it works
- Click the Zoom link during support hours; no appointment or ticket needed.
- Wait briefly in the lobby. A team member will admit you, usually within a few minutes.
- Share your student ID and describe the issue. We'll walk you through the fix via screen share. Admissions & Records staff are part of the support team, so registration, records, and enrollment questions can be answered live; requests that need official A&R processing are connected directly to the A&R office.
