Once you're approved to become an intern and receive a paid assignment (class, hours, etc), an analyst from the Human Resources department will conduct an intake with you. Department chairs and deans will also use these intake forms and processes. Below are the documents that you’ll need to gather in preparation for that meeting:
- FDIP & HR process
- Peralta Community College Faculty Employment Checklist
- Live Scan Form
- Proof of Eligibility to work in US/I9 list
- Tuberculosis Test Results
- Equivalency Application
- California State Chancellor’s Office Minimum Qualifications Handbook. Use this to check what you need to qualify to teach in specific disciplines.
- New Hire Packet - Part-Time Faculty (Master's Required)
