The following is a checklist of items that must be submitted when you complete the OIE’s International Application (Step 3) at https://international.peralta.edu/. We can accept many of these as a pdf or jpeg.
All items must be received in English.
All Applicants:
$50 Application Fee (Non-Refundable)
- Credit Card Payment Form (pdf)
- Make check/money order payable to "Peralta Community College District"
Bank Statement $22,705 USD
- For the 2021-2022 academic year (fall 2021 and spring 2022 terms)
- Must be within six months of application and contain a final balance

Diploma(s) & Transcript(s)
Please submit the highest level for each item translated in English
- Diploma(s)
- Proof of completion of High School/Secondary
- Proof of completion of College/University
- Transcript(s)
- Complete High School/Secondary transcripts

Passport Bio Page
- A clear copy of your unexpired Passport Bio Page

Applies to All Applicants:
- This form is for all applicants who have a U.S. sponsor who will support their studies financially.

Dependant Information Form
Applies to All Applicants:
- If you are requesting that your spouse or child will enter as an F-2 dependent please submit the Dependent Form (pdf) along with your application
English Proficiency Score (Optional)
Applies to All Applicants:
- Please submit any test score that demonstrates English proficiency. Scores must be within the last three years.
- Duolingo, TOEFL, IELTS, or iTEP scores
Guided Self Placement (GSP) Results
Applies to All Applicants:
- Guided Self Placement determines a student’s starting point for English proficiency
- Not required if:
- a student has taken U.S. college/university courses in English
- submitting test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, etc) or
- native language is English
Transfer Students Required Documents
Applies to Transfer Applicants. Transfer applicants must submit these items with their application:
- Transfer-In Form (pdf)
- Copies of all I-20’s
- Copy of their F-1 Visa page (if unexpired)
