Annual Security Report (ASR)

Overview

Peralta Community College District is committed to maintaining a safe learning and working environment in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. The District provides access to campus crime statistics, safety policies, reporting procedures, and other resources designed to promote awareness and support informed decision-making throughout the District community.

As Required by the Jeanne Clery Act

The Peralta Community College District (PCCD) Annual Security Report (ASR) is provided in accordance with the Crime Awareness and Campus Safety Act of 1990 and subsequent amendments that led to its being renamed the Jeanne Clery Act in 1998.

The ASR is part of ongoing efforts to inform you of the safety programs and services available and the crimes that are reported to the Peralta Department of Community Safety’s local police partners and other campus security personnel. It also contains information about proactive steps you can take to help maintain a safe and secure campus for everyone.
