PCS membership shall be comprised of three senators from each college senate and the District Administrative Center up to a total of fifteen senate members. The Senators shall elect a President, Vice President, Secretary, Parliamentarian, and Treasurer as outlined in the Bylaws–article V, sections 2 and 3. Elections for the PCS Executive Committee shall be conducted biannually during the month of June.
