The Bond Measures Oversight Committee (BMOC) is an independent oversight committee established by law to report to the public about how Peralta Community College District (PCCD) bond funds were spent and whether the District was in compliance with the requirements of the facilities program.

Currently, the BMOC monitors two bond programs: the (2006) Measure “A” $390 million, which is being concluded, and the (2018) Measure “G” $800 million which is being initiated.

The BMOC performs the citizen's oversight function by monitoring ongoing construction expenses and reviewing both the bond financial audit statements and bond performance audit reports.
