Suzanne Cancilla-Fox

Suzanne Cancilla-Fox, Web Content Developer and Graphic Designer, brings over twenty years of experience with the Peralta Community College District to her job. She was named to her current position in 2001, and is responsible for the content and design of much of Peralta’s Websites. She also assists with various graphics and photography projects for the district.

Ms. Cancilla-Fox began her career with the Peralta District as Graphic Artist for Laney College. There, she designed catalogs, class schedules and brochures. She was one of the developers of the college’s original Website.

Additionally, Ms. Cancilla-Fox has served on health and safety committees, both for Laney College and at the district-wide level. She also served on the Laney College Affirmative Action Committee and was a member of the Classified Senate at Laney College. She has taught art in the Hayward Elementary Schools, and is a member of the California Community College Public Relations Organization.

Ms. Cancilla-Fox, who has had work recognized and published, is active in her individual pursuits as an artist, which include glass fusing, lampwork, photography, metal fabrication and sculpture.
